This is it, the long wait is over and Formula 1 awakens from its Winter hibernation. The Circuito de Jerez this week hosts the first test ahead of the 2015 season. Eight teams will rack up the mileage this week, as Force India is absent. Lotus might miss the first day, as the parts for the new car are not ready.
Today we will see the first appearance of Sebastian Vettel in the Ferrari and Fernando Alonso back at McLaren. They are joined by Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull Racing), Valtteri Bottas (Williams), Marcus Ericsson (Sauber), Carlos Sainz (Toro Rosso) and Nico Rosberg (Mercedes).
