FIA looking into Sebastian Vettel radio messages

The FIA have demanded an enquiry into Sebastian Vettel's contrversial radio outburst during last Sunday's Mexican Grand Prix.
The Ferrari driver was head to be calling Max Verstappen a **** and telling race director Charlie Whiting to **** off.
Vettel reportedly went to apologise to Whiting immediately after the race but FIA president Jean Todt, who was watching the race, is less than impressed.
"Jean Todt has requested a special report from the race stewards in regards to the radio conversation between Vettel and the race director," an official from the FIA told AFP.
Vettel was handed a post-race 10 second penalty for moving in front of Daniel Ricciardo under braking, but any decision regarding his radio messages will not be made until the FIA have collected all of the evidence.

Whilst they're at it they should also investigate by way of special report Hamilton's trip across the grass at turn one..... Once in first place there was little chance of Rosberg being able to pass, and Hamilton knew that, in fact he has said as much on numerous occasions…. If you look at Hamilton’s on board footage you can see that he went in so hot, and so close to the inside line, that he never had any chance of making the corner at all, in fact you can see him aim the car across the grass toward the corresponding corner….. there is no doubt in my mind that that was a premeditated move. In any case, premeditated or not, in my opinion he should have been given a drive through penalty, or at least have been stripped of first place….. It makes an absolute joke of Formula 1 that he be able to get away with that.
