Daniel Ricciardo has said he won't let the championship battle change his approach to racing this weekend.
Both Mercedes drivers are locked in a tight battle over the title, with Nico Rosberg able to claim his first championship if he wins this weekend.
But despite the ongoing title fight, Red Bull driver Ricciardo has said he will continue to race hard against the pair.
"Honestly no," he said when asked if the championship will change his approach. "At the it's the start of the season in Melbourne you race hard, now it's the end of the season, the championship will work out how it should work out."
"I don't think we should assist in the outcome if that makes sense, just because they're fighting [for the title] doesn't mean we shouldn't still try and make an overtake if try if there's door is open," he said. "I'll always race with respect but sure I'll race hard, if there's an opportunity, if, we're fighting with them it means we have a chance to win the race and if there's an opportunity I'll go for it."
"I just feel the championship will end as it probably should the winner will be the winner and we shouldn't affect it by staying out of the fight."

And wasn't that just a little bit silly, maybe even childish, to ask? By Mercedes I mean? Don't touch our precious drivers, they might be pushed too hard. Imagine that, having them in fight in the last few races! Can't have that! Unfair! Shame!
Yeah, sure. Like Niki Lauda would have conceded even one inch when he was a driver.
