Impossible to determine pecking order - Wolff

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff says that it is still too early to determine whether Mercedes have the strongest car or not. Over the first week of testing, Mercedes racked up the most miles of anyone, and were fastest on two out of the fours days.
But Mercedes team boss Wolff said: "Since we have these new rules, the teams are just trying to get a lot of mileage to know their cars. At Red Bull, we probably haven't seen the car that will be in Melbourne. But Ferrari is really fast," he admitted to Osterreich newspaper.
McLaren chief Eric Boullier agrees that it is too early to predict the fields pecking order, but admits that he is impressed by what Ferrari have shown so far.
"We did not expect to see them on the pace with the Mercedes. Red Bull seems a little behind, but we do not have all of the information to judge. We may know a little more next week, but we really have to wait until Australia."

If everyone is saying "why don't we wait until Australia to find out who is fastest", then why don't we wait until Australia to find out who is fastest and stop all these repetitive speculative posts?

Trololo wolff says the right thing first i.e impossible to predict pecking order but then goes onto say Ferrari is really fast. How can he know that without hard data? lel
