The Formula 2 championship leader Charles Leclerc will get his first taste of a 2017 Formula 1 car at the start of August, as he will test for Ferrari. Hungary will host the second in-season test of the year at the Hungaroring, just a couple of days after the Grand Prix.
Last year, the young Monegasque driver completed a test at Fiorano in the 2014 Ferrari and had FP1 outings in Great Britain, Hungary, Germany and Brazil. The 19-year-old is part of the Ferrari's driver academy and has wowed the motorsport world this year with his performances in F2.
He has taken five wins, with a further two podiums in twelve races. He is, so far, unbeaten in qualifying, having set the fastest time in every session so far this year. There is also a possibility that Ferrari is eyeing him up for a full-time seat in 2018, with the Maranello squad looking to test his raw speed and capabilities.

I think this test is one of Ferraris ways to apply pressure on Kimi..
