Barcelona testing: Tuesday information and line-up

On Monday, pre-season testing for the 2018 season got underway. However, it was a somewhat anti-climatic affair, as cold weather prevented teams from doing extensive running in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, conditions are expected to be no better on Tuesday, the second day of the action from Barcelona. Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo was the pace-setter on day one, with his fastest time not so much under the fastest lap we saw last year at the winter tests.
Several drivers will drive the new ars today for the first time, with Robert Kubica taking the Williams FW41 out on-track. Below you can see a list of the drivers expected to be seen today.

Seems like conditions are much worse than Yesterday morning. Reduced temperature from the borderline temperature of yesterday seems to make it not worth while to run cars :(
Do they need track heating system for the winter testing? Some kind of heat pump system might even be financially viable if they can increase track utilization during winter with the heating system.

Even better move it to one of the desert venues. Given such importance of this now very limited testing teams can do its farcical to leave it to the whim of a European winter. This could be a complete wash out. It wouldn’t be impossible to effectively loose almost all of the winter testing in a bad year.
