Red Bull has confirmed that it has added 14-year-old Jak Crawford to its junior programme for the 2020 season.
In 2019, Crawford finished seventh in the USF2000 series, but has now received backing from Red Bull to move to Europe.
He will compete in the Italian and German Formula 4 championships with Van Amersfoort Racing.
Red Bull also confirmed where all of its junior drivers would be competing in 2020, however much of the confirmations came prior to the recent announcement.
The Red Bull junior programme is notoriously ruthless with its expectations from its junior drivers, having processed a large number of drivers through its system since it was set up almost two decades ago.
