Bono Huis scoops Visa Vegas eRace prize

Dutchman Bono Huis won the inaugural Visa egas eRace after Olli Pahkala, the first man to cross the line was handed a ten second time penalty.

Pahkala was deemed to take a lead in a clever undercut strategy, however it was later revealed that a Fanboost issue allowed him to set a series of laps a couple of seconds quicker than his competitors.

Huis was later confirmed as race winner, claiming the $200,000 prize with Felix Rosenquist crossing the line in second and Olli Pahkala demoted to third.
