Vietnam could become the latest country to join the Formula One calendar after plans were revealed to build a circuit in the capital city of Hanoi.
Plans for a Vietnam Grand Prix were previously mooted a number of years ago, but now Thanh Nien News is reporting that plans are underway for for a new circuit to be built.
The newspaper quotes a source as saying: "The city is calling for investment in this project and a foreign group is conducting a study."
There are also calls to legalise betting and gambling in the country to increase any revenue from a potential Grand Prix in the country.
