Ferrari is set to collaborate with Dallara, according to reports
Speaking to La Repubblica, Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene confirmed that the two parties had been in contact with each other.
"Contact with Dallara? Yes, there was," confirmed Arrivabene.
"We are planning to re-launch the Emilian motor valley to be able to answer the challenge posed by the English motor valley, where in a few kilometres there are the factories of Mercedes, Red Bull, Williams, Renault, Force India and Manor," he said.
Former Monaco Grand Prix winner Jarno Trulli was also quizzed about the rumour.
"This joint venture of an Italian motor valley - if confirmed - would be a good thing," insisted the ex-Renault and Toyota driver.
Dallara are currently involved in F1 through Ferrari customer Haas.
