Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene has revealed that Ferrari's struggles this year have come down to their car's performance in warmer climates.
Last year's Ferrari excelled in hotter races, winning in Malaysia, Hungary, and Singapore, but Arrivabene says that this year, they're struggling in the heat.
"What was wrong [in Mexico qualifying] is the endemic problem we have all year long," Arrivabene is quoted by Autosport. "In Baku I explained the same, and in Monaco, when the temperature has gone up to the sky normally we are going to have problems.
"We are making an analysis on that and now it's quite clear the reason why," he added. "We are working on that."
High temperatures are expected on Friday in Brazil, but cooler conditions have been forecast for both qualifying and the race,
