Williams deputy team boss Claire Williams has sung the praises of new signing Lance Stroll, saying "he has everything".
Stroll will make his Formula One début next season, replacing the retiring Felipe Massa. His arrival has been met with a mixed response, with claims of being a 'pay driver', but Williams is excited about their new teenage prospect.
"We have clear ambitions for the future, and if we are to achieve those ambitions, we need great talent," she is quoted by Autosport. "For Lance and us it's exciting. He's done such a great job in the F3 championship this year and he's the full package for us.
"When we're looking to choose a race driver, he has everything," she said. "He has the talent, he is intelligent, gives great feedback to the engineers so for us, it was an easy decision."
Stroll has undergone an extensive worldwide testing programme in a 2014 Williams car in preparation for next year. He has also spent a lot of time in the team's simulator at their Grove base.

"Claire Williams not excited by Lance Stroll". Now wouldn't that be a news item. This is a little over the top, guys. Of course she is, who wouldn't be....
Well, me, for one.
