Christian Horner wondering if Toto Wolff will call Jos Verstappen again

Christian Horner is wondering whether Toto Wolff will be making contact with the Verstappen family again following the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Prior to the race at Interlagos, the Mercedes boss reportedly got in touch with Max Verstappen's father Jos, asking that he stay out of the championship battle between Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton.

His words had no bearing, however, as Verstappen made his way past Nico Rosberg for second. He eventually finished behind the German in fourth.

"I wondered if Toto might be sending anybody a text after that, or calling anybody," quipped Red Bull chief Horner. "But it was a great move and demonstrated that Toto’s phone call didn’t have too much of an impact on how Max does his motor racing."

"The Verstappen show! It was really unbelievable driving, great entertainment. Physics are being redefined," he added.

Don't know which race you have been watching buddy, but the rest of the world is still celebrating third place.
