A wind tunnel model of Manor's proposed F1 car was released on social media after it emerged that the team has collapsed. The model can not be seen in full but the regulation changes can be seen on the car with lower and wider dimensions.
The total width of this year’s cars has increased from 1,800mm to 2,000mm, with the bodywork from 1,400mm to 1,600mm. F1 wind tunnels are used to test aerodynamics on cars, with the models being 60% smaller.
Manor folded earlier today after it was revealed that no investor had been found after three weeks in administration.
