Sauber have revealed their 2017 car, the C36. The car is mainly blue, featuring white and specs of gold. The gold is a celebratory tribute to the team, who this year will mark 25 years of racing in Formula 1. The car also features a shark fin, a design feature that is expected to be seen on many 2017 cars.

The car has already received a lot of praise over the new livery, as they depart the yellow and blue paint job that was used from 2015-2016 when Banco de Brasil was the team's main sponsor.

The car will be driven this season by Marcus Ericsson and Pascal Wehrlein, and the team will be hoping for a much more successful season in 2017, as they avoided last place in the constructor's standings last year by the skin of their teeth.

  • Looking great, they can off course make it look like this because of the less influence of sponsors

  • Looks nice, like the livery. A petty with the front, once again, but I think that nose will be something we'll see on most cars.

I've seen on other sites that both Williams and Sauber put those noses on the show cars so they dont show the actual 2017 front nose until the test, not quite sure if i believe that but i hope so! lol
