McLaren have hit problems early on in pre-season testing after Fernando Alonso was sidelined after completing just an installation lap. The problem appears to be in the oil system, which could rule out the Spaniard for the rest of the day.

Red Bull were also hit with an issue 50 minutes into the test when Daniel Ricciardo parked his car at turn three due to a reported sensor issue.

Not a good start.. and that after trouble free running yesterday. I hope they can get back out today, they're losing valuable time.

    • Yup, its unfortunate to say the least. By the way, what do you think of the car's looks now that more footage has been released?

I can't deny it has started to grow on me haha. I was very disappointed when I saw the reveal, I still find the studio pictures ugly, but out on track I think it actually looks good. When it runs....

      What do you think?

    • Same here! My first reaction was literally "So... its orange...ew..." but like you say, it has grown on me, and on track I'd almost call it pretty, hehe.

Almost :p I prefer the looks of Renault and Mercedes though. Ferrari Red never bores me either!
