Fernando Alonso says there is not a lot of room for surprise in Formula 1. Since 2014, only three constructors has won a race, with Mercedes winning 54 of the 65 Grand Prix since the introduction of the V6 Hybrid era.
This year, Ferrari has joined the battle for the constructor championship, tot he delight of motorsport fans worldwide, who have seen the Silver Arrows take the last three constructor titles. Alonso still feels as though race results can be predictable.
"I think F1 is very healthy right now. But there is still a lot of difference between teams, and little room for improvisation and surprises. More or less you know who will win the races."
