Danish pundit Peter Nygaard has defended Kevin Magnussen after the Haas driver has been accused of being unsporting on the track. At the Hungarian Grand Prix, he was found guilty of pushing Nico Hulkenberg off the track and received a five-second time penalty for the incident.
After the race, Hulkenberg approached Magnussen in the press pen, accusing him of being the "most unsporting driver on the grid", to which Magnussen replied, "suck my balls". Pundits such as Marc Surer and Jacques Villeneuve jumped to the aid of Hulkenberg, slamming Magnussen for his actions.
Nygaard, however, moved in to defend his fellow countryman: "Kevin drives to the limit and sometimes a bit over," he said. "But that's what you have to do in Formula 1, where the big boys play. Looking at the penalties, Daniil Kvyat has the most and Sebastian Vettel - who is a four-time champion - has the same number as Kevin.
Nygaard also took aim at Villeneuve, the 1997 world champion: "It's always different when you're retired and you've achieved what you wanted to," he insisted. "It's completely different when you're on the track and trying to gain the respect of those around you."

Why is it that everytime you want some lousy remarks, Jacques Villeneuve always pops up.
His comments is always of the negative type, and never positive.
Surely understand that Williams had slammed the door on him.
And by the way why don't we close that Hulkenberg/Magnussen saga, it's overcooked by now.
Kevin is punished, end of story!
I remember when Massa approached Lewis Hamilton at the interview pen and sarcastically said something like "good job, good job man." Lewis turned fast, Massa went away. It was a tense moment, kinda cool for the sport, but nobody said on camera 'suck my balls.' I actually thought it was funny and don't mind that kind of tension. Nevertheless, if you say stuff like thy expect some backlash.
