Red Bull has confirmed that it will unveil its 2019 car, the RB15, on February 13th. It will launch on the same day as Mercedes, and as Racing Point who will unveil its new livery and identity in Toronto.
2019 will mark a new era for the energy drink squad, as it will take on Honda engines. The Japanese manufacturer ran with its junior team Toro Rosso in 2018 before signing a deal with Red Bull, whose relationship with Renault had dilapidated.
The team keeps Max Verstappen, whose current contract runs until the end of the 2020 season. It has promoted Pierre Gasly to a full-time seat, following the departure of Daniel Ricciardo to Renault.
In 2018, Red Bull launched its car with a camouflage livery before returning to its usual colours for pre-season testing.
