We proudly present our new website!

Dear visitors and fans,

Welcome to our new website! Over the past few months, we have worked hard on the new design and developing the fresh look of GPToday.net. We immediately changed our domain and name, because we not only offer you news of Formula 1, but also Formula 2, F3, DTM, WEC and other classes.

What's New?

With our new look, new items and innovations will also appear. For example, it will soon be possible to set notifications, which will notify you if other users respond to your comment. This will improve the interaction between users.
We are also working to improve the response system. A more extensive tree structure will soon become available so that there will be more overview in the responses.

Live Updates

As you are probably used to, we will be reporting live from the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on the Formula 1 winter tests over the next two weeks. The Live Updates has not only a new look, but also a range of other improvements. The system we will use for this has become even faster and more 'instant'.

New accounts

Don't have an account yet to respond to the news items and enter into discussions with other fans? Don't be held back by the short time you need to create an account. As it stands now, the account is quite basic but it too will see a lot of improvements over the coming year.

For The Future

In the coming weeks and months, we will continue to develop the site from a technical point of view so that many new items will become visible to you as visitors and users. We always appreciate feedback, via the contact form.
As editors, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank the users who helped us with testing last week. We wish you a lot of fun on our site!

  • Looks Good! It would be nice to see some sort of dividing line on the main index page. Just my opinion, but the days kind of all run together without some sort of divider. Even something very simple like the line above where it says replies would be nice.

Sounds like you have some great features in the works. Thanks for the good F1 site!

    • After exploring more I see that there are two views of the index page, one with dividers and one without.

The Forgot-password" flow is a bit broken, I got stuck here and there, took several tries before I could reset, and also login, please have a look.

And the favicon is rather tiny, it could look a lot better, and much larger, on a high res screen you hardly see it :-)

    • Hi Freguz.

We're working hard to improve the system for the user so sit tight and it'll be ironed out! Thank you for the feedback.
