Williams has announced that it will unveil its new car for the 2020 season on Monday, February 17th.

The Grove-based squad launches its latest challenger on the same day as Racing Point, who takes to Mondsee, Austria to throw the wraps of their machine.

Williams will release their car on their social media channels on the morning of the 17th, which is the same week pre-season testing gets underway.

After a difficult 2019 season, Williams will be hoping to recover from scoring just one point across the season and failing to keep up with its rivals in the midfield.

Following the departure of Robert Kubica, it has drafted in Nicholas Latifi, who is the sole rookie in the field for the 2020 season.

He partners up with George Russell, who enters his second year of F1 racing.

    • *Racing Point. Up until 2021 they are still RP, even if we'll better have to get used to the Aston name. :)

  • The only online launch of the year... Great start already. Clearly because they won't have shit ready for that date.

    • That aside, online launches were a fad for just a few years ago, so in my book having just one is a net-positive, even if it likely is due to them being short on time.
