Formula E is preparing itself for the Visa Vegas eRace today, which will see ten sim racers and all twenty Formula E drivers race on a specially designed circuit on rFactor2.
The race will take place at 4.p.m local time, and has been hailed as many as the biggest sim race of all time. The winner will take home a whopping $200,000, and every driver guaranteed $20,000.
“To my mind this is the biggest sim racing event of all time.”, said sim racing peer Don Dunham.
“This is the highest profile sim racing event of all time, and when I say sim racing I’m talking about the whole of virtual racing. This is bigger than any Gran Turismo event, it’s bigger than any Forza, Project Cars or sim racing championship event ever.”
