Pierre Gasly was delighted with his performance as he won his second GP2 race of the season. He is also looking to make the best of P8 tomorrow and gain as many points as possible.
"It's fantastic," said the Red Bull Junior. "The car has been fantastic today, so fast from free practice and we managed to do a good qualification starting from pole but still the race was really difficult."
"The guys behind me were really fast and you never know what can happen so I was trying to push until the end and yeah, I'm really happy with this result. Especially for the team, it's the second win in a row, fantastic. "
When asked about tomorrow's race, he said: "I mean, sprint race, we will start from P8 but yeah we know it's not easy but we will try everything. With our pace we can expect to do a good race, it's not easy to overtake but we'll have to find some good spots and try to score as much points as possible."
